difference between this training program and
our standard training program as that you
decide who is going to learn what. We have a
two day
training outline that you and Scott
Radin will review and decide how it will be
implemented. ALL managing brokers who hired
us did not want their agents learning
everything - rather just wanted them to be
able to follow up on and close the leads
that the brokerage generated for them. So
what we have done is divide the 2-day
training into two segments. The first
segment is taught just the managing broker -
and any marketing personnel - on the various
proprietary marketing techniques. Then the
second segment we train everyone on the
processes right through to closing. But
again, the training subjects and who gets
them is up to you.
In addition, we
provide lifetime support to the managing
broker. We also provide the managing broker
with a CD containing EVERY contract,
agreement, form and template needed so he or
she can distribute accordingly. We also
provide the managing broker lifetime access
to our online training school for continuing
education.
